funny you ask ive been looking for somthing like that too and i know what your talking about not the lock screen but the actual screen that you put the password in on i know its gay i have had no luck finding anything either and ive been looking for a long time now so i wouldnt think there is anything out at the moment atleast i have not seen it

This cannot be changed to add a picture background from the solid color thats there.

The color goes with whatever color you have set for your accent color in windows 8 the most you could do is a reg tweak that you can add to put in a custom color for the background but again it is just one solid color you are unable to add a picture background in there.
