can somone tell me a excellent software that converts ico's to png's and then back to ico's without a hassle didnt realize a simple task like this could be such a pain in the ass ...but input would be very much appreciated thanks!!!

You do need a software program I have one I will send you pm with link. that link Peter pan gave you will convert .png to .ico but it will probably not work for recoloring of 7tsp icon.

the link you gave me does not exist and the changing of the colors im doing on photoshop

basically this is what im wanting to do and throw them back in the dll.res and then use it as a 7tsp install6309663096

well as far as recoloring i got that down as far as having 4 different icons sizes dont know esactly what to do with that and putting them back into the file is another issue due to the fact of there has to be 4 icons for 1 to work in windows so bit confused
