How to apply 3d shape taskbar ?

Hello.
I want to apply 3d shape task bar as per following image in vista style builder. Please help.

Applying it in

TaskBand > BackgroundBottom

And

TaskBand (SmallIcons) > BackgroundBottom

doesn't work perfectly. So please tell me what's going wrong.

Ok so your image. will not work. Because the blurry part is windows aero blur. the only way to get rid of this is a Freeware app. Im not sure though what are you trying to accomplish, are you happy with the image and just trying to get rid of the blur. or are you trying to fill in the whol blur part with your image? if your just trying to get rid of the Blurry part. then try this app.
