Icon packs wont load ?

Hi

I keep getting this error when I try to install and Icon Pack ?, can anyone help please ?

Hey Steph',...
Maybe make certain that the contents (Extra, Resources, and pack), are packed within the 7z. directly,
and not placed within a folder, and then packed...
