This will probably be my last windows 7 theme as
I am most on windows 8 now
The theme is based on Scowlmates (http://merrdyn.deviantart.com/art/Owldump-372163950) by my good friend Merrdyn (http://merrdyn.deviantart.com/gallery/)
I was going to take a break for the summer but I really loved these owls and the color combo
So you guys no the drill
Your system must be patched to use 3rd party themes
Theme Resource Changer is required for the Start Orb,nav buttons,etc
You can use Black Glass Enhanced to add a bit of transparency.
I included my usual extras,timedate.cpl,wmploc.dll and some Library icons
The easiest way to change the Library icons is with Librarian (http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.8)

Anybody still have this Visual style available for upload? I visit both his Deviantart and VirtualCustom and no download link available. Usually previous times I found UI artist uploaded directly here (attachment or some kind of independent upload), this time link here redirect to Deviantart which is unable to download.
