Need help badly

I was using 7tsp and it restored it to windows default. After that I had a big problem. A new start button that I never saw before came up, as you can see in this pic. Also, the font is different.

So, I restored it to before the 1st time I used 7tsp, but that didn't help. Now, any theme that I use seems to use this same button and font. In other words, the themes that I've been using don't seem to work correctly. Also, the background colors of windows explorer don't work like they used to. It's now white. I have been using Dark Ultimate2 from Mr. Grim.

When I use any new theme, I get the start button of the 1st pic.

Do you try using cmd promp: sfc /scannow ? then after system restart patch your system again with Universal Theme Patcher, that should fix your problem for sure!

You need to repatch your system using Universal theme patcher. Then your themes will work again.
