[HELP] 'New toolbar' in taskbar color text?

I create new toolbar at taskbar, and in Vista Style Builder i can't find where to change the text color :( Please check in photo.63643

Never notice there's a tab extended like Glyth Image, and also don't think that two arrow is image. I'm done. Thanks you very much! :)
