Windows 8 theme patcher problem?

I do not know whether other people who are Windows 8 users have this problem.
Here is the problem.
I patched my system to use custom Windows 8 themes. It worked well, but if the computer installed the Windows Updates automatically by itself and then restarted the machine. Windows 8 would not load. After the the boot screen, then it stopped. It wont boot me into log in screen? So how do i fix it so it will not happen again?
