try this
1. go to control panel - user accounts - change user account control settings -> drag the button all the way down___ "never notify" = u have to be an administrator to do this (you can turn it back on later if you want)
2. re-install your iconpack

You should ONLY install the iconpack that is configured for your system bud! If you are on a 32-bit system, DO NOT use the 64-bit iconpack!--and vice-versa.

Now you need to open a command-prompt, type in "sfc /scannow" (without quotation-marks), restore your system-files, reboot, re-patch (making sure to disable UAC beforehand!)....THEN re-apply the CORRECT icon-pack that supports the type of system you are running.

Best answer I can give ya.

Please re-read my post above.
Even though the iconpack has 2 seperate versions, supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit, your computer is only ONE of those versions mate! You need to ONLY install the ONE that's correct for your system!!!

.....Is this an iconpack you are installing or MAKING????
