Photoshop CC splashscreen question

would anyone happen to know how to change the splashscreen for photoshop CC? it doesnt seem to be located in its PSArt.dll or any of the other dll's in its folder. thanks all

I've looked everywhere on the www, and many others are asking the same thing. I also searched several .dll files trying to find it---no luck. So, I went back to CS6.

thats what i did too lol just wasnt the same without a customized splashscreen
