Problem with download link

Hello to everyone on VC,I have a little problem with this link:http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/28810-Complete-Guide-to-Theme-Building I can't download the file.
After I press the DOWNLOAD button it's open me a new tab,and that's it.Download wont start.Here is the screenshot:64681
I don't know if this link works for you,or is there are something I doing wrong.

Something is wrong with that link..can somebody to fix it?

Sorry there is no fix for it, the file must have been hosted off site and the member is longer active on here.
