Help changing taskbar image

Hi, i'm new here and wondered if anyone could help with my problem - I have Win8.1 (64bit) and would like to change the taskbar image for something better looking for instance like the one on red Alienware skinpack in Win7. Any ideas?

Sorry im not too familiar with windows 8 but I think your going to need to download something like windows style builder for windows 8.1 to be able to change the start menu to what your looking for. I do not believe there is a setting inside of windows 8 to allow you to do such a modification. You might want to look into windows style builder for windows 8 !
