I found this along time ago, ever since around when Windows 8 first came out.
However, the theme was rather incomplete, or feels rather incomplete. and I don't know if the creator of this theme made an update or not. Nor do I remember where I found this theme at.
Here are the .msstyles.
Since I have the file to install the theme. I'll post it here as well.
