Help In Creating themes Win8

​Hello Good EveningI need help on a subject that I'm doing for windows 8.
Wanted to put a texture on the bottom of the windows, instead of color, but I can not find where to do this.
Another thing, how do I add the theme editor (Windows8 style builder) that the shell32 to carry along with the theme.
