Theme disappeared after Windows Update

Hi all!
Ive been using the 7Pro theme for a few days now which I love however last night as I closed down Windows performed an update and now this morning the theme won't work. It just looks like the Windows Classic theme. I've tried removing the Update but to no avail. I'm pulling my hair out here so any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried patching again with Universal Theme Patcher?
