Custom Class Maps for WSB 1.5.5.6

Hi guys, thought I would share my Custom Class Maps for Windows 8 and 8.1

To make full use of these class maps you will need to be using the modified shellstyle.dll as well in conjunction with Tihiy's OldNewExplorer (that's a terrible name lol) found here http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/170375-oldnewexplorer-make-your-81-explorer-work-like-win78-one/

Most of the areas are still pretty much default aside from a few personal fixes for things I thought could have been done better, but the big changes in these class maps are for the control panel navigation, explorer background and the system properties branding and genuine images.

I have included all the custom UI files needed as well, I also included my custom shellstyle.dll but this may not be any good for some of you, in fact don't even try using it unless you have loaded the new class maps first and then added a text property to the following new location: Explorer & Shell > Explorer > ProperTree > Navigation Text

The other files just go in your Data folder, make backups of your old class maps in case you want to change back.

This are great Mark,I was easily able to add a hover text color to the Explorer Listview items and Groupheader items with a quick edit
to the UI files

I think it may be a good idea for me to add a way to load custom XML files in WSB because this seems like it's really useful.

With ONE installed, what should i delete in your shellstyle.dll to get rid of the bottom win7 details pane?

It will works with all new versions of WSB, just don't use this custom maps with lower version of WSB then it's mentioned in this thread! :peace:

Mr. Grim (or anyone), is it already including ribbon bar class map? I want to change the button's state image. And I still don't know where to start messing around with the ribbon.

I'm not sure mate, but you can always make backup of your original WSB folder, replace classmaps, if it's not working, rollback to backup state (original state) of wsb folder! :Smile:
