A little late to the party, but being new I suppose I have an excuse. :D

Nice work on the image there, may I ask how you mapped the texture onto the shape of the face? I would build a mesh in 3D max and then put the texture onto that, render it out and then blend it in Photoshop - but that's how I would work and I wondered if you had worked out an easier way to do it. :)
