Customizing your profile

Is their anyway I can get the Picture sizes for the different parts of my profile, dimensions for the modules, profile background and so forth? Maybe its on there I am just not seeing it. and I dont want to suck up space on VC with uploads guessing about what size something is. THANKS :worried::bored::Peace:
