HUD Machine Red Taskbar Sound Icon

So I am having this weird issue with the HUD Machine Red Premium theme. Ever since installing the theme, my sound icon in my task bar will not open to adjust the sound for different programs (Like muting chrome but leaving everything else on). It wont even open up the right click menu when I right click it. However, when I mouse over it the little pop-up saying: Speakers 100% works so I have no clue what could be causing this. I've tried googling this issue, and searched the forums for a solution to no avail.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
