Here try this before installing theme.

In this File you will see Universal Theme Patcher. Run Universal Theme Patcher and Patch the 3 files then Restart your computer. (Make sure you Run the x64bit or x86 depending on your system.)

After You patch your system Run and install Theme Resource Changer. Again make sure you install the right version. (x64 or x86 for 32 bit)

Once you install these your theme should install and work perfect. Hope this helps if there is any other issues please feel free to let us know. Thanks
