Here is a simple way to enter Godmode to save you searching through control panel for ages.
1. Open Windows explorer and create a new folder, create it anywhere of your choice, i created mine in root directory/folder
2. Replace the folder name with what's pasted below exactly
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
(You can name it whatever you want) i use godmode for illustration purposes)
3. Done!..With this you can now control most aspects of Win7 or 8
Update: you can also add this folder in Rocketdock just add it as a path and not file
