Is there a way to edit the UserPicture in the Start Menu?

For example, changing this...

...to this?

I'm certain that you can edit the frame, or choose to have no frame by opening the msstyles file with WSB and checking the 'Bool' box in the appropriate classmap......But I don't think you can have an image without a frame. I could be wrong about that, but I don't think I am.....

you could try making the frame, border and background completely transparent.
