Font Color Problems

Hi
I'm trying to create a high contrast theme featuring white fonts on a black background
I keep running into problems with black font on black bkg or white font on white bkg despite my best efforts
The implementation of the bkg and fonts in the windows 7 high contrast black is basically what I'm looking for however not as ugly.
It would be extremely useful to have this hcblack theme in a msstyle format for reference when using wsb to create the theme
Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
