Need help on Folder Background Changer

Hey,
I want to set a picture as the background from all folders in Windows Explorer.
I have W7FBC (Windows 7 Folder Background Changer) and I know how it works but for some reason it doesn't work.
It creates a file named "desktop .ini" and this is inside that file:
[AveFolder]
IconArea_Image=D:\achtergronden\fotos voor thema\1 .png
ShadowedText=0
Recursive=1
Those filenames are without the space ofcourse but they think its a link
It worked on my Vista pc and I want to get it worked on my new pc too.
I would be really happy if you can help me.

I suspect that after installing that file, my Windows Explorer should have changed completely, right?
If so, then I can you tell it sticks the same.
