Task bar -.-"

Hi, i already install the UniversalThemePatch patch it!, the 7tsp (download the theme in 7tsp) and patch it!, everything runs fine, well except the task bar... when i reboot the windows 2 times because the 7tsp patch it star normally just change the icons... but dont chant the task bar, the aspect of windows, wallpaper, letter color... nothing remains the same... i dont know what i have to do for my windows became like the windows 7 theme images that i see in the site... help me pls... :Grim:

windows 7 32 bits, i already do it but with universal theme resourceses change and with on theme i found on youtube from alienware... but i don't like it so much... but it works... i dont know why with 7stp and universal theme patch dosen't work....
