Following application is needed that everything works perfect without any bug (like on preview):

I got a few problems:
I ran all the programs mentioned above without any problem. UXTheme Multi-Patcher 10.0, Ribbon Disabler 2.5, OldNewExplorer 1.0.7 and the "winaero" that comes preinstalled with UXTheme Multi-Patcher 10.0. I also cleared the icon cache and thumbnails and restarted the system several times, but no luck.

1. The Icons did not change at all, they are all the stock icons.
2. The Windows are not transparent like in the preview, even though I close "winaero" and ran it again as administrator.
3. I can't seem to fix the transparency issue and the Icon issue.
Please help me on this.

Okay it works, but the problem is iTunes is totally transparent can't see nothing. And the windows are Too transparent can't read properly how to adjust transparency in Black Glass Enhanced 0.5?

About your question if i understand you right, first you need application to edit any theme explorer background (even aero default one), called Windows Style Builder (http://www.vistastylebuilder.com/), then when you load your theme in it, in this path change color fill:

Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > Items View > FillColor
