The HUD themes are probably my all time favorite themes so I present to you a Rainmeter HUD disk theme, with four HUD colors to choose from.
Each different colored theme contains three drives, C, D, & E.
Rainmeter themes are not hard to edit so if your drives are labeled differently it is easy to do, as you can see from the screen cap above mine are C, F & G.
The downloads are in .zip format and when extracted are not .rmskin files, all you need to do is to copy the extracted folders to the following folder on your system:
C:\Users\*USER NAME*\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins
Make sure you "Refresh All" by right clicking the Rainmeter icon in your system tray otherwise the skins may not appear until you do, or restart.
