Not sure just yet i've been reading about it and the comments on the link date back some ya know so im not sure bcuz my current patcher is doing just fine ;)

Well,I just found out there is nothing new about it..It's the same 2.3.0 version and when I tried to install a virus was detected..So I'm gonna stick with UltraUxThemePatcher 2.3..
