Dark Knight (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/199178-Dark-Knight) in that thread created a post listing exactly how to install themes in 8.1 with update 1, and the tools you need. i took his tutorial and created a docx and pdf for those that would like to have a copy. by the way welcome to virtualcustoms.
