Welcome to Virtual Customs aderic (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/277046-aderic) , to fix your problem you need to use application called Aero Glass (http://www.glass8.eu/), install it and you are good to go! :peace:

That seems to have resolved everything, I also went on the thread you linked me and grabbed Black Glass Enhanced

I also realized that AeroGlass wasn't working because for whatever reason it wasn't setting itself to start with the computer.

I'm having one other issue, everything is skinned except Task Manager which has a mostly white background.

When task manager is opened, or maybe just the CTRL+ALT+DELETE menu; it causes all other windows to have white backgrounds (even when the application is closed and reopened) except for explorer, which always looks nice.
