cool theme I really like it, problem I have is can't do anything with any I d/l says they are 7zip but when d/l its a PHP attachment. sure I'm doing something wrong here.

Try diferent web browser like firefox or google chrome, also if you don't have Winrar application, try installing 7zip application! :peace:

Did you follow up this tutorial (http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/65613-How-to-install-and-setup-your-customization-applications-on-Windows-8-1-1?highlight=customize), before you apply any custom themes?
I'm sure you miss some customization application or settings for it!

File theme of Windows mobile is .tsk. Its no install but you copy into windows then go back to setting/ personal/today/chose the theme you just copy to windows/ok. Thats all
