Noob question about start menu.

I have a few question about customizing start menu. here's the llist:
1. How to make your startmenu wider? I've tried to add default pane size (since there isn't one) and end up getting error, but there is default pane size in basic, not in aero.
2. How to reposition the program list? I want the program that listed inside it a little lower
3. how do you chaqnge your shut down button and all show all program image?

I believe this can only be done in WSB from editing the theme's .msstyle file.
There are many threads here about style building and editing here at VC.

Try making the canvas bigger in Photoshop,then mess around with the alignment on the text in the start menu panel
