can someone tell me the program to change the desktop background with a custom theme installed

Hi jesus.littleboy,

No need for a program to do that it's just the wallpaper your talking about

so go to control panel

then personalization

at the bottom desktop background

once in the window browse to the wallpapers you would like to put for your desktop background, you can choose more then one and have options on how they rotate in there :)
