i no how to to use Theme Resource Changer X64 v1.0 in install it but after how do i get back to it? to make it open cause i don,t see it no were on my desktop.

i no how to to use Theme Resource Changer X64 v1.0 in install it but after how do i get back to it? to make it open cause i don,t see it no were on my desktop. you wont it works in the background some themes use it some don't but the ones that do it changes your start button and like that no worries.

everytime i use it an go back to reuse it it say delete short it,s tellimg me it,s gone to reinstall it but you can,t reinstall it
