Problem in importing themes to windows 8.1

I have problem to apply imported themes in windows 8.1 .In WSB .msstyle works fine , but when im saving the theme and trying to apply in windows theme don't work. (OS WINDOWS 8.1 UPDATE 1 PRO WMC X64)

Hello devvv1128 , you need to set a theme folder and a windows theme file , inside the the theme folder you need to put the theme ".msstyles" you imported ,
however for the windows theme file take the default aero one and edit it using notepad to locate your theme .msstyles . hope this help

I have try 2 methods org aero theme & one from imported theme and seems same not work.
now can apply theme but visual style not work again.
