Animated Avatar

Hey I hate to ask this, if I could I would do this myself but can someone make me an animated avatar with my user name? If not it's fine I can use a normal avatar but I just want a cool looking animated avatar, I will explain what I want on it if someone accepts my request

Also, completely different but I can't find the help and support section, when I try to open the AeroGlass tweaker I get a missing file error, I forget the name of the file it says but you are probably familiar with the error i'm refering to

600 by 300 pixels or 3.00 MB (whichever is smaller). is aloud here should be okay that sig
