Well i think you didn't read it correctly, cause there you can find all this what you need, but ok here you go:

1. Top part:

- Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Normal > Active > Background
- Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Normal > Inactive > Background
- Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Max > Active > Background
- Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Max > Inactive > Background

2. Left panel of Windows Explorer Window:

- Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Proper Tree > <2> - fillcolorhint : color (Left panel)

hhhhh well looks like i didn't read it very good :ashamed:
anyway thanks a lot it works for me but i stile have some issue as you see

and for the left panel i need to change the text color and i find it in the guide but when i change it nothing change

For first part you need to set up proper margins values so that image goes all the way to the edge of the frames.
For text try this: Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics - WINDOWTEXT color

And For Text in the guide hey say i need to change

5- Fonts , colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Windowtext:color

This text changes in both areas when selected, the locations for selected are here-

ItemsView(Main Window)-Explorer & Shell > Explorer > ItemsView > ItemsView > TextColor : Color
TreeView (Left Panel)-Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Treeview > Treeitem > hot , selected etc > Textcolor : Color

and i change it in this 3 locations and nothing change
