This is the App your looking for to make the windows animations in that vid you posted.

http://madotate.en.softonic.com/

We have everything else as well he used to customize that desktop start menu animations and all that I have posted here on the site if you need them just let me know and I will dig up where they are posted on here lol.

Its been a long while since any of us used them they are kinda niche look cool at first but u get pretty tired of them real quick lol

Not Madotate, I have that, that's what animates the windows to fall back the way they do, i'm talking about when he opens them, it looks almost like, I don't know, it's flipping onto the screen or something like that, like the start menu

Also completely unrelated but i'll bring it up anyway, the **** you skull emote used in the shoutbox won't load for me, and I really like that emote, the animation is funny

This is something: http://www.stardock.com/products/windowfx/
Not sure anymore if it also applies to the window opening, it's been a long time since I used something from Stardock.

I used that windowFX once, it has many options.
I will search for alternatives, if I find anything I'll notify you.
