To any theme designers who have played Sonic Colors you think you could do a theme in the style of Starlight Carnival? That is my favorite stage in Sonic Colors for the visuals, it looks so amazing, it's just something to consider, and I know there would be issues you might have to deal with, I.E Copyright

preferably for Windows 8, also a side question, is it possible to give the Windows 8 Start Screen a custom look? I don't mean just the background, I mean the tiles to

Not to be pushy but I am honestly surprised, and a bit annoyed this has been ignored, if everyone is busy then I can understand that but otherwise...

they have lives and not to be pushy but wait till they see it. and themes are not created in a day it takes weeks even months to complete a theme.

I got to say. Its hard to get someone to actually do a request like this. Maybe you will get lucky. But Just to let you know. This site has all the info and tutorials and software you would need to complete that kind of a project yourself. This is how I learned. I started from the very beginning. I know its easier to just ask people to do it for you . But trust me in the end learning it all yourself with a little help along the way. is a lot better. Hope you get what you want in the end. .Good luck.

I know. But thats how we all started. We knew nothing. Search the web and on this forum, You will find everything you need to edit the start menu and Make themes how you want. Thats why this site exist. So you can customize to your liking. All the tools are here and on the web. Look up Windows Style Builder and Watch tutorials.

Here is a good link to start.

Well I was thinking more of a sci-fi theme, like HUD, but of course in the style of Starlight Carnival

Hmmm. Check out skull1959's themes, you might find something there.

Here is another one by Razor http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/41138-Annihilation-Glass-Reloaded
It's not that flashy like you want it, but if you customize the icons and such, you can get a nice look out of it.

I saw a theme like you want some time ago, but I can remember which one it was mate.

Not exactly what i'm looking for but forget it, I have a better idea, maybe something in the style of Tron Legacy, futuristic looking taskbar and windows, like Mr Grim's HUD themes, with neon lights oh and with a wallpaper from Tron Legacy, or its video game counterpart Tron Evolution

How do I seem impatient? I'm just asking, I decided to scrap the first idea cause now that I think about it i'm not sure how they could pull it off and make it look cool and futuristic, yeah I know asking here instead of searching seems lazy but i'll be honest I haven't really seen any custom themes based on Tron Legacy, but i'll do a search

I have been watching this thread and from everything you have said and posted I really can't see any theme builder actually wanting to do your request as you keep changing how you want to do it. I mean you very first post you said you wanted a sonic theme fair enough but now you are saying your not sure if anyone here can do that but now you want a futuristic hud/tron mix. that is quite a big change from the original theme you was wanting and i understand when members first join here the site is quite complex but i googled tron themes (which is your friend and easy to use) and it showed me tron themes here that might be to your liking. So take some consideration for all the theme builders we have here until you have actually built a theme you can't understand the shear amount of work that goes into just one theme and for you to keep changing is really drawing builders away from this.

Well the first post I mention Starlight Carnival as a reference, I never said I wanted a Sonic style theme, second, I can understand what you mean, i'm sorry, but i've been thinking about it, and I did do a search, while I do like the coloration of the themes i've seen they lack in the futuristic style department, and I don't mean black with shiny neon lines, I mean give the taskbar and windows a futuristic skin to go with the colors, what I look for in themes is not just color but style, i'm sorry if you misunderstood me on the first post, I realize I should have been more specific

Ok man, it happens, just be cool out here.
Now back to your theme problem, check out Skull1959's themes. He got allot of tron like themes.
Check all the themes of other builders out, there is variety out there.

archmage94 (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/279377-archmage94) are you running 8, 8.1, or 8.1.1? if you're running 8 you should really update date through 8.1.1 it doesn't cost you anything. as for Skull1959's theme eithere ask him in the thread, and or ask him if he minds if it is ported to 8.1/8.1.1.

No, i'll stick to normal Windows 8, besides it seems every time I install 8.1 I end up with some kind of problem somewhere and I have to do a system refresh, but I will talk to Skull about Windows 8 ports of his themes, although windows 8.1 and 8.1.1 themes actually work just fine with standard Windows 8, I actually don't know what differents porting these themes for them makes
