Animated themes

I know this is probably hard if not impossible to do, but have you ever considered animated themes? You know have a task bar and windows with some animation, like animated backgrounds in Windows file explorer, i'm not requesting anything like that, i'm just asking if you've ever considered anything like that

I've tried the hell out of it, never worked. I also tried for workarounds, tricks, but still nothing. It would be cool if it was possible. :peace:

Ok, I know an animated wallpaper is possible though, hey, you know where I can find some good WMP library themes?

the closes i've seen anything come to animating the explorer windows is a few tweaks for icons themselves. as nice as the icon tweaks are thay aren't worth bothering with cause they tend to mess up your view setting.
