How to resize and relocate caption buttons ?

is it in the "windows & caption buttons > aero > dwm window >" or somewhere else ?
and what does the numbers behind sizingmargins, contentmargins and atlasrect mean?
and what is atlasrect?

I'm having difficulty with this part as well. A very nice poster has offered Skyping and sharing desktops, but I was able to get everything else I wanted working with my theme. So hopefully I can figure this part out too. I'm hardly home at a reasonable hour anyway...lol.
