In the folder are the sounds, change them by which you prefer but they put the same names. The name of the folder you want and put in install.reg the same folder name, where it says Mac OSX Alienw@re is changed to the folder. copy and paste the sound folder in C: \ Windows \ Media
doubleclick install.reg
then control panel, hardware and sound, change system sounds and look that you created, implemented and ready.
