change icon colors

Does anyone know how i can change some icon colors to black and white ... i would like to change any hud icon pack but i do not want the 7tsp pack style , i just need the icons from the pack itself ...i tried opening each res file in restorator ... i end up with this

its coz they're compressed. use RESHACKER instead of restorator. extract the whole icon groups folder

*if u use axialis to edit or make icons you might've seen that little thing that looks like an archive/zip on the top-right of a 256x256 icon. untick that before saving it so restorator would be able to read it

i found 7tsp HUD Desaturated Icon Pack which are the ones i want to use .i just need to extract the icons

This is what I find works:
1. Extract the imageres.dll.res file using 7zip
2. Drag and drop that file into RESHACKER
3. In icon or icon group right click and extract all .ico files

Most_wanted reminded me about Axialis ,which i totally forgot about .
