Looking for Pro skinner to port WindowBlinds Dark Aero Glass theme to Windows 8.1.1

I completely depend on my custom WindowBlinds theme (with Aero glass Blur effect to make transparency more usable) under Windows 7.

Since, Aero Blur effect is gone under for Windowblinds skins under Windows8.1...

I'm looking for a pro skinner (will pay a generous going rate) to port the custom WB skin I currently use (or a suitable alternative theme that can be modified to look very close). I mainly want (Captionbar/frame/Glowing Min/Max/Close buttons/Start Menu/general windows colors) to look as close as possible to what I have below; except under Win8.1; with Aero blur support.

Yes, that's more or less what I'm looking for. I have all the raw bitmap images/transparencies. Not looking to completely recreate, just reasonable alternative.

I just found the "Concept Design" full theme. It's damn near perfect for what I'm looking for (as a reasonable alternative skin). At least, I found something I like. However, it looks like it's for Windows 7 only.

I post the screenshot above specifically to give a good example of what I use. I'm actually looking for someone who can put together something quick in the next week or so; whatever can be customized in a Aero8 Theme Atlas file. Not sure if any "Pro" skinners need any extra cash for Christmas to take on a small side project. I dont plan on publishing this customize theme, personal for my home PC.

I dont plan on publishing this customize theme, personal for my home PC. that is a hard request to whip up a theme in a week the artist spend months in some cases to make a theme look under Gsw953 and lamias section they are your best bet
