UXTheme Multi-Patcher 14.1 by windowsxlive
A theme patcher for Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 and 10. This theme patcher picks up where Ultra UXTheme Patcher has left off and fell short.
Better and more stable than Ultra UXTheme Patcher and also comes packaged with WinaeroGlass for those that want the glass / blur effect in their themes.
Personally, I've used both, this is the better of the two.
