Resource Numbers / Descriptions List?

Hello! This is my first post! Nice community here. :Peace: Definitely the most info I've seen in one place in regards to theme design :happy:

I've tried several hours worth of searching and I can't seem to find a list (partial or complete) of all the resources in the pertinent DLLs, their numbers and a description. Just out of curiosity... does one exist?

I'm new to actually creating themes, but I'm not new to tinkering in the registry for color schemes and messing with system files. I've recently come across Resource Hacker which works great as a free option for doing this stuff, and it's a command line tool! Before I dive in full bore I was just wondering if anyone has ever created or come across a list of all the resource numbers and descriptions in the pertinent DLLs?

I'm not really sure what you're looking for but l I haven't seen any lists or so. I know the technique that some people use though.
What you can do is check modified .DLL files from theme/icon packs in Recourse Hacker or Restorator. You'll mostly find modified entries with their numbers.

If you're looking for creating themes then you should look for Windows Style Builder.
