Calling you all for help!

Ok everyone i have been rather distant because I got hit with this nasty virus and locked three of my drives (I just formatted one of them), but I need you help if anyone knows how to get into the registry on external hard drives. This virus encrypted the drives so making the drives useless at this time. RSA-2048 using CryptoWall 3.0 is the name of this nasty virus. So any help on how fix this would be great as one of my drives is all my years of customization stuff and would suck to lose it all.

Sorry but i got nothing on this case, but i must ask, do you get this virus even with installed internet security? And which one you use for protection? :peace:
