Take Ownership

Is there any sense in taking ownership of the whole Windows Folder, or at least the System32 Folder? Could that cause any problems?

If you know what you are doing, then is no problem taking ownership of whole system, but i suggest you to take ownership with individual files you need from system by using Take Ownership application, easily to take or restore ownership of files, hope this helps, good luck! :Peace:
