Need help with some new timedate.cpl images please

Hello, I've recently switched t a new theme but I need help with the timedate.cpl images. Simply stated, i have the images but i need someone to please create an installer for them. I went through hell last time i tried manually applying them despite following the instructions in several different guides, none of which worked. Here are the timedate.cpl images.
