How can I edit these in a theme?

Hi everyone,
I am using Win 7 Style Builder and I have changed some elements i want.
but the system tray doesn't in the right position (a bit higher) and the show desktop button doesn't fit to the taskbar, and I don't know how to change these, can someone help me?
